Variation Types

Overview

A variation type is a product attribute such as Size or Color. Define the types here, then add their options under Variation Values.

Go to the Variation Types page from the platform menu.

Click Add type to open the form.

Creating a new variation type.

Enter a name for the attribute, for example Size.

Naming the variation type.

Click Save to create the variation type.

After creating a type, add its actual options (e.g. Small, Large) under Variation Values.

If you cannot see or create variation types, confirm you have permission to view variations.
