Overview

A brand is a business entity within your workspace that groups its own products, locations, and users. Use brands to keep separate businesses organized under one account.

Requirements

Permission to view brands
Permission to create brands

Steps

Open Brands

Go to the Brands page from the platform menu.

Add a brand

Click Add brand to open the form.

Creating a new brand.

Enter the brand name and details

Enter the brand name and any related details.

Entering brand details.

Save

Click Save to create the brand.

Assign locations

Open the brand and assign its locations and currencies.

Notes

A brand owns its products, locations, and users, keeping each business entity scoped on its own.

Brands are synced to each application like Eatabill, so you can manage multiple businesses from one account.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot see or create brands, confirm you have permission to create and view brands. also check the required fields are filled in when creating a brand.
