Orders
Overview
The Orders page shows the live orders displayed on the kitchen screens, so you can monitor what the kitchen is working on and each order’s status.
Requirements
- Permission to view orders
Steps
Open Orders to read incoming orders and their status. Scan the list to see what is queued, in progress, and completed, then open any order to view its full detail, including items and timing.
Notes
Orders flow in from the POS in real time, so the list updates automatically as new orders are placed and progressed.
Troubleshooting
If new orders are not appearing, check that the POS app is online, and that its categories include the ordered items.
