Saved Users

Overview

The Saved Users settings page lets you manage the POS user accounts cached on this device for quick login (see Signing In). Removing a user clears their cached account from this device.

Requirements

Logged in on the device

Steps

Open the More list

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) in the top bar.

Tap the hamburger icon.

The More List opens with Reports, Open Cash Drawer, and Settings. Tap Settings.

Open Saved Users

In the Settings list, tap Saved Users at the bottom to see the accounts cached on this device.

Remove a user

Tap the trash icon next to a user to remove their cached account from this device.

The Saved Users list empty after removing the cached account — Removed — the list is empty until someone signs in again.

Notes

Removing a user only clears their cached account from this device. It does not delete the POS user — they can sign in again to be cached once more.

Troubleshooting

A user missing from the quick-login list? They simply need to sign in once on this device to be cached again.
