Orders
Overview
The Orders page is a read-only record of every order across your locations. Orders are created on the POS device and synced to the cloud automatically — you cannot create or edit them here.
Requirements
- Access to the Eatabill POS Admin.
Steps
Open Orders from the sidebar to see the full order list. Each row shows the order status, type, channel, total, and location.
- Read the list — scan the columns for status, order type, channel, total, and location.
The read-only Orders list. - Open an order — click any row to view its full detail, including line items, payments, and applied discounts or fees.
Open an Order to see Order details Open an Order to see Order details - Filter — narrow the list by date range, status, or location to find specific orders.
Notes
Orders are created on the POS device and synced to the cloud. This page only displays them — there is no way to add or edit an order here.
Troubleshooting
If a recent order is missing, the POS device may not have synced yet. Confirm the device is online and click on sync to complete before refreshing.
