Notes

To change an existing order type, click ⋯ at the end of its row: Edit, Disable, or Delete. To change several at once, select their rows. See Working with lists.

An order type only appears on a POS device once it is enabled for that device’s location.

To change whether an existing order type asks for customer details, click ⋯ on its row, choose Edit, set Customer data to Required or Optional, and click Save. The cashier then sees the customer step as required or skippable on the POS App.

Troubleshooting

If a new order type does not appear on the POS, confirm it is enabled for that location and that the device has synced.
