Exchange Rates
Overview
The Exchange Rates page lets you view the currency exchange rates used across your workspace.
Requirements
- Permission to view exchange rates
Steps
Open Settings → Exchange Rate from the sidebar.
The page is a read-only rate table: each row is a Currency, and there’s a column for each currency you can convert to. Read the cell where a row currency meets a column currency to see the rate between them. A currency against itself shows –.
These rates apply to amounts shown across the workspace, including subscriptions and payments.
Notes
Exchange rates are largely read-only and are managed by the platform. You view them here rather than editing them.
Troubleshooting
If a rate looks out of date, note that rates are managed by the platform and may update on a schedule — they are not edited manually here.
