Overview
The Products page shows the product categories and items and Average Preparation Times that are visible to the kitchen on the KDS App, so you can confirm what stations will display.

Steps
Open Products to review the categories and items and Average Preparation Times shown on the KDS. Browse the categories to verify the kitchen sees the correct products, and check that items are grouped as expected for your prep areas.
Edit the Average Preparation Time for a product by clicking the Edit Times Button next to the Filter Icon and Search bar. Enter the new time in minutes and click Save.
Notes
Products and categories are defined in POS Admin; you can edit average preparation times on this page but you cannot edit the products or categories themselves. Depending on the average preparation time you set, the KDS App will use this average preparation time as fallback if no specific time is defined for the Order Type.
Troubleshooting
If an item is missing, confirm it is active in POS Admin.
