Open Orders
Overview
Open Orders is the main kitchen screen. It shows the orders your station is working on as a grid (masonry) or a list of cards. Each card carries the order number, the customer name, the items to make, an elapsed timer, and a status color:
- Green — on time
- Yellow — lagging
- Red — late

Notes
Timing is hold-aware and uses the target times from Average Order Times and Average Preparation Times otherwise it will use the default times which is 5 minutes, so the status colors reflect how each order is really tracking.
Troubleshooting
