Eatabill POS Admin
The POS Admin is where you set up and run Eatabill for your brand: see how sales are going, review orders and customers, build your menus, configure each location, and decide who can do what. Everything you change here reaches your POS devices the next time they sync.
Getting around
The sidebar
The sidebar on the left is the same as in the panel, and these docs follow it:
- Overview — today’s sales at a glance.
- Orders, Customers, Sales Report — what happened and who ordered.
- Products — Product list, Menus, Sets, Modifiers, Bundles, and Pricing.
- Locations — each branch and what it sells.
- Manage — Order types, Order channels, Payment methods, Taxes, Fees, Delivery zones, Devices, and Reasons.
- Marketing — Discounts and Vouchers.
- Settings — Users and Roles & permissions.
- KDS Dashboard — opens the KDS Admin in a new tab.
Click a group to open it. Only one group stays open at a time. You only see the items your role gives you permission to view.
Switch brand
The box at the top of the sidebar shows the brand you’re working on. If you manage more than one brand, click it and choose another. Everything in the panel then shows that brand’s data.
Your account menu
Click your name at the top right to open your account menu:
- Theme — switch between the light and Dark theme.
- Language — switch the panel between العربية (Arabic) and English.
- Log out — sign out of the POS Admin.
Open the KDS Admin
KDS Dashboard at the bottom of the sidebar opens the KDS Admin in a new tab, where you set up your kitchen screens.
Every list in the panel works the same way — search, filters, the ⋯ menu on each row, and selecting several rows at once. See Working with lists.
