Bundles
Overview
A bundle packages products and sets together and is sold as a single item. A bundle can also have variations — for example a “No. of Pcs” variation with options like 3, 5, 8, and 12 — so one bundle covers several sizes. Each variation has its own products, sets, and SKU.
Requirements
- Permission to view bundles
Steps
Add bundle
Open Bundles from the sidebar: Products → Bundles.
Click the Add New Bundle button.
Name the bundle
Enter a clear name for the bundle, such as “Original Tenders”.
Add variations (optional)
If the bundle comes in different sizes or options, check the this bundle has variations checkbox. Add a variation — for example No. of Pcs — and add its options, such as 3, 5, 8, and 12.
A bundle with variations creates one entry per option — for example Original Tenders - 3 Pcs, Original Tenders - 5 Pcs, and so on.
Create
Click the Create button to create the bundle.
Open the bundle details
Click the bundle’s row in the bundles table to open its details. Here you’ll find the bundle data and its variations. For the “Original Tenders” bundle, you’ll see one variation per option — Original Tenders - 3 Pcs, Original Tenders - 5 Pcs, and so on.
Edit a variation’s SKU
You can edit the SKU for each bundle variation on this page. Click Edit SKU, then enter the SKU.
Add products and sets to a variation
Click the variation row you want — for example Original Tenders - 3 Pcs — to open that variation’s details. Below the variation data are two sections: Products and Sets.
Add products
Click Add Products to open the products modal. Select an existing product and type its quantity — for example Tender Original with a quantity of 12.
You can only select existing products — you can’t create a product here. Create products first.
Add sets
Click Add New Set to select from your existing sets, then set how customers choose from the set:
- Min select — the minimum number of items the customer must choose.
- Max select — the maximum number of items the customer can choose.
- Items increase with quantity — Yes or No. When Yes, the min and max selections scale with the bundle quantity: if the cashier orders 2 of the bundle, the min and max are multiplied by 2 (so 2 becomes 4). When No, the min and max stay the same no matter the bundle quantity — even at a quantity of 20.
- Selection must be different items — Yes or No. When Yes, the customer must pick different items each time — for example, in a drinks set they can’t choose Coke twice; they’d have to pick Coke and something different like Pepsi. When No, they can choose the same item more than once.
Save
Save your changes. After saving, click any product row or set row to open that product’s or set’s details page.
Notes
A bundle’s price is set per menu, like products. Edit it from the menu — see Menus.
