Payment Options

Overview

Payment options are the methods customers can use to pay — for example Cash or Card. Create them once and enable the ones each location accepts.

Requirements

  • Permission to view payment options

Steps

Open Payment Options

From the sidebar, go to Orders → Payment Options.

The Payment Options list.

Add a payment option

Click Add New Options button to open the form.

Creating a new payment option.

Name it

Enter a Title such as Visa CIB or Talabt Credits. Select Tag such as Cash or Card or Coupon.

Enter a Title such as Cash or Card.

Save

Click Save to add the payment option.

Save Payment Option.

Enable it per location

Open each location and enable the payment options it accepts.

Click on the location you want to assign the new Payment Options

Click on the location you want to assign the new Payment Options.

Scroll down in the location data till you find the Payment Options section

Assign Payment Option to this location

Assign Payment Option to this location by clicking on the Edit Payment Methods button.

It will Open the Add Edit Payment Methods Modal and you can select by typing title or code

Save

Click Save to assign the Payment Option.

Notes

A payment option is only selectable on a POS device once it is enabled for that device’s location.

Troubleshooting

If a payment option is unavailable on the POS, confirm it is enabled for that location and that the device has synced.
