Reports

Overview

Reports give you a quick read on the device’s activity without leaving the till. Four on-device reports are available:

  • Orders Summary — totals for orders over a period.
  • Product Quantity Report — how many of each product was sold.
  • Bundle Product Qty Report — how many of each bundle was sold.
  • Menus Report — activity broken down by menu.

Requirements

  • Logged in to the POS app
  • Synced order data on the device

Steps

Open the More list

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) in the top bar.

Tap the hamburger icon.

The More List opens with Reports, Open Cash Drawer, and Settings. Tap Reports.

Tap Reports.

Pick a report and a business date

Choose a report type from the list on the left, pick a Business Date, then tap View Report.

If the date has more than one business day

If the business day was ended and started again on the same date, a Business day field appears below the date.

A Business day field appears when a date has more than one.

Open it to choose which one to view:

  • All business days — merges every business day on that date into one report.
  • Each closed business day, shown as its start–end time, like 9:01 PM – 9:02 PM.
  • The active business day, if the date isn’t over yet, shown as 9:36 PM – Open.
All business days, or a specific one by its time range.

Notes

Reports cover the data on this device. Numbers update as orders sync, so run a sync first if you want the latest figures.

Troubleshooting

A report looks empty or out of date? Check the business date and business day selected, then confirm orders have synced. Recent orders appear only after they upload.
