Menus
Overview
A menu groups products into categories and is assigned to one or more locations. You can build several menus and reuse them across locations.
Requirements
- Permission to view menus
Steps
Add menu
Open Menus from the sidebar: Products → Menus.
Click the Add New Menu button.
Name the menu
Enter a code and a clear title for the menu so it is easy to identify when assigning it to locations. Also set a default currency — you can add other currencies for this menu too.
Save
Click the Create button to create this menu. Once you fill in the required fields, the Create button becomes active.
Add categories
Add categories to organize the menu.
Navigate to the menu you want to add categories to

Menu details
This is the menu details page. Here you’ll find the menu data, the fees applied to this menu per order type, and the menu categories.
Add a new category
Scroll down to find the Add New Category button.
Name the new category
Name the new category and, optionally, add an image for it.
Click the Create button.
Add products to each category
Add products to the relevant categories.
Click the category
Clicking a category expands it automatically. You can also expand it by clicking the expand icon.
Category details
Category details shows the products and bundles in this category. You can conditionally show items for different order types: by checking an order type for a product, you make it available for ordering in the POS App for this menu and that order type. You can also do the opposite and disable it. A product or bundle appears on the selected order types only when this menu is selected for ordering.
Add products or bundles
Scroll down within the category until you see the Add Products / Add Bundles button, especially if the category already has many products.
Add products or bundles modal
You can only select existing products — you can’t create a product here. Type the product’s name or code and it appears immediately.
Bundles work the same way: click Add Bundle to open a similar modal showing bundles instead of products.
Save
Click Save after you finish adding products or bundles.
Reorder
Drag categories and products to set the order they appear in within the POS App.
Menu prices
Editing prices is available only for the selected menu.
Edit menu prices
Click the Edit Prices button at the top of the page.
Editing prices
Editing menu prices differs depending on the products, bundles, and sets you’ve added to the menu. Type the price you want for each product, bundle, or set.

Save
After you finish editing prices, click the Save button at the top to save your changes.
Menu copying
Editing prices is available only for the selected menu — you can’t bulk-edit prices across all menus. But you can copy menus: if you’ve set prices for one menu and want to adjust them elsewhere, copy it instead of redoing everything from scratch. You can also bulk-assign copied menus to locations.
Duplicate a menu
Duplicating a menu creates another copy of the selected menu. You can rename the copy after duplicating it, and the new copy contains all the data from the menu it was copied from.
Duplicate by checking the menu you want in the menus table on the Menus page.
An Actions button appears.
Click Duplicate to duplicate the selected menu or menus.
Assign the menu to locations
Assign the saved menu to the locations where it should be available.
Navigate to the Locations page

Click Save to assign the menu.
Notes
You can duplicate an existing menu and adjust it instead of building a new one from scratch.
