Locations

Overview

A location is a physical site — a branch, store, or restaurant — that belongs to a brand. Locations are used in every application like Eatabill, Elwaste, Shiftbill and Trustree.

Steps

Open Locations

Navigate to Locations to see every site in your workspace.

Add a location

Select Add location button to open the new location form.

Enter the details

Enter the name, location’s phone number, address, working hours, the owning brand, and the opening date. you can add a google review link and choose the location address from google maps by pointing the map pin.

Enter the details for the new location.

Save

Select Save to create the location.

Notes

Opening Time and Working Hours are set per location, not per brand.

Locations are synchronized and used in the POS admin app, so any changes made in inframdoern will be reflected in the POS.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot save a location, confirm that all the required fields are filled out, required fields are marked with red asterisks ”*”.
