Customers
Overview
Customers shows the end-customers for your brand. Customers are created from the POS App and are specific to the brand — each brand sees its own customers here.
Customers are synced to Inframodern, so any other application you’ve subscribed to that needs customers gets them too. This page is read-only: you can view a customer and their past orders, but new customers are created in Inframodern.

Steps
Open Customers
Open Customers from the POS Admin sidebar. The list shows the customers for your brand.
Open a customer
Click a customer row to open the customer details page. It shows their totals (orders, average order amount, total spending, first and last order), their Order History, and their Address Book.
Open an order
Click any order in the customer’s history to open that order’s details page.
Add a customer
Click Add New Customer. It takes you to Inframodern, because customers are created there and synced across your applications.
To change an existing customer’s details, click the ⋯ menu at the end of their row and choose Edit. This also takes you to Inframodern.
Notes
Customers are created from the POS App, synced to Inframodern, and shared with any other subscribed application that needs them.
A customer’s order history updates automatically as new orders are placed.
Troubleshooting
Can’t find a customer? Confirm they exist for this brand and that you have permission to view customers. New customers are added from the POS App or Inframodern.
