Taxes

Overview

Manage the taxes that can be applied to your products. Each tax has a name and a rate, Taxes are used in Eatabill app and becomes selectable on products, locations, delivery zones and fees once created.

Requirements

Permission to view taxes
Permission to create taxes

Steps

Open Taxes

Open Taxes from the sidebar.

Add a tax

Select Add tax.

Enter name and rate

Enter a name and a rate (%) for the tax and Country.

Save

Save the tax. It then becomes selectable on products.

Saving the tax — Save to make the tax available on products

Notes

After a tax is saved, you can navigate to Eatabill POS Admin and apply it to locations, products, Delivery Zones and Fees.

Troubleshooting

If a tax does not appear on Eatabill POS Admin, confirm it was saved and that you have permission to view taxes and it’s Active.
