Order History

Overview

Order History shows orders that have already been completed and bumped off the Open Orders screen. Use it to look back at what the station has made, check details on a past order, or recall an order you bumped by mistake.

Steps

Open Order History.
Filter by station, POS device, date range, order type or status to narrow the list.
Use the day chevrons to move to a different date.
Tap an order to view its detail.
Recall the last bumped order if you need to bring it back to Open Orders.

Notes

Recall brings the last bumped order back onto the Open Orders screen — handy if an order was bumped too early.

Troubleshooting

An order missing from the list? Check the date range and station filters — the order may belong to a different date or station.
