Order Channels
Overview
Order channels describe where an order originates — for example Branch, Website, or a delivery aggregator. They let you track and report on each source.
Requirements
- Permission to view order channels
Steps
Open Order Channels
From the sidebar, go to Orders → Order Channels.
Add a channel
Click Add New Channel button to open the form.
Name it
Enter a title that identifies the source, such as Branch, Website, or a delivery aggregator.
Save
Click Save to add the channel.
Enable it per location
Open each location where the Order Channels should be available and enable it.
Navigate to Locations Page
Click on the location you want to assign the new Order Channels
Scroll down in the location data till you find the Order Channels section

Assign Order Channel to this location
Assign Order Channel to this location by clicking on the Add New Order Channel button.
It will Open the Add New Order Channel Modal and you can select by typing title or code
Edit default Order Channels for this location
Save
Click Save to assign the Order Channel.
Notes
Channels appear on order records so you can filter and report by where each order came from.
Troubleshooting
If a channel is missing from new orders, confirm it was saved and that the POS device has synced.
