Getting Started with Trustree
Overview
Connect a review source and start collecting feedback in Trustree.
Requirements
- Trustree enabled on the location
- Admin permissions to connect external review sources
Steps
- Open Trustree → Sources.
- Connect a review channel for the location.
- Set up response templates under Settings → Responses.
- Monitor incoming reviews from the Inbox.
Notes
Each review source is connected per location, so multi-site brands can track reputation site by site.
Troubleshooting
Reviews not syncing? Reconnect the source under Trustree → Sources — access tokens can expire and need to be refreshed.
