Getting Started with ShiftBill

Overview

Build your first schedule in ShiftBill and publish it to your team.

Requirements

  • ShiftBill enabled on the location
  • Staff added as users
  • An Admin role or higher to publish schedules

Steps

  1. Open ShiftBill → Schedule.
  2. Choose a week and location.
  3. Add shifts by staff member and role.
  4. Select Publish to notify your team.

Notes

Published schedules notify staff automatically. Changes after publishing send an update so no one misses a shift.

Troubleshooting

A teammate missing from the scheduler? Confirm they’ve accepted their invitation and are assigned to this location.
